Harrison-Land Family Cemetery

History

This cemetery originally belonged to the Harrison Family until the land was sold (between 1894-1903) out of the family to the Land family.  Many of these stones were last seen in the 1960s and are now missing.  According to one witness, they were bulldozed into the nearby creek during the development of the Aragona neighborhood. (Channel 13 News Report)   Today only a single stone remains fenced off from the rest of the park.
